Meet the Paris Team

Sir P John first took flight to Paris one year ago, and since then we have grown bigger and bigger. Take a look!

To mark our first birthday in the city of love, we decided to shine a spotlight on our fantastique flock of Frenchies (and learn an insider tip or two on holidaying in Paris!)

Claire Stivin

Account Manager and Business Developer since 2016

“I love visiting new flats, and being able to advise our hosts on how to make them shine even brighter on Airbnb. Having such a hardworking and dedicated team helps us really make a difference at Hostmaker Paris!”

One great tip: visit the Louis Vuitton Foundation in Boulogne Wood, then have lunch at Jouvence close the the Bastille

My favourite home: Caroline’s designer apartment in Sentier-Montorgeuil

Marianne Gonzalez

Operations Coordinator since July 2016

“Everyone in the Paris team brings different qualities to the table, working out any challenges that we face together, whilst having a good time”

One great tip: visit the Palais de Tokyo museum, then go for lunch at Guy Savoy’s restaurant  at La Monnaie de Paris. Afterwards, go for a walk along the Seine, and top off the day by having a drink or two at the Terrass rooftop bar near Abbesses

My favourite home: Ghislaine’s wonderfully cosy house next to the Invalides

Arthur Soulis

Operations Manager since February 2016

“I’ve loved being able to see how much we have grown in the past year, managing over 150 homes and welcoming thousands of guests from all over the world to our beautiful city”

One great tip: hang out in Le Marais! Go out for lunch at Marché des Enfants Rouges, visit a few cool shops, and then grab a couple of cocktails in one of the hidden cocktail bars like BeSpoke or Ballroom

My favourite home: Melody’s 3 bedroom apartment right by the Eiffel Tower

Mélisande Noury

Guest Experience Manager since July 2016

“At Hostmaker, every day is different so you never get bored of your job! I get to interact with our lovely guests, answer their questions about the city and their travels, and make sure that our hosts are welcoming lovely people into their homes”

One great tip: Spend the afternoon in La Cité de la Musique in La Villette – they always have great exhibitions about music, as well as concerts. Then in the evening have a glass of wine and a planche de charcuterie at the very cosy La Patache

My favourite home: Brigitte’s 2 bedroom home by République

Pauline Lachenaud

Account Manager since July 2016

“My job is to make our hosts happy – and I love it. I always try to build the best relationships as possible with them in order to understand what they need, and then work with the team to deliver this to them!”

One great tip: Go for a walk along the Canal Saint Martin. Take a picnic, bring some friends and enjoy the sunshine!

My favourite Home: Yisa’s bright and peaceful flat near Montmartre
