What will you be doing?

You will be responsible for developing a strategy to retain our main customers: our hosts! You will work with our Head of Host Services and other host-facing teams around the globe to:

  • Devise creative, commercial solutions to optimise our retention strategies and executing in a timely manner against team OKRs
  • Drive every decision you make with data; not only are you a natural number cruncher - you know how to tell the story around it to gain influence with key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with host teams and product squads to optimise our Host journey, set concrete KPIs, roadmaps and actions to improve customer engagement and retention
  • Develop relationships with marketing and host teams to gain a solid understanding of our customer base through insight segmentation and data analysis

What can you bring?

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in a strategic, analytical and data-driven role ideally in retention or customer success
  • You possess a strong academic background with at least a Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline
  • You take a customer-first approach in everything you do
  • You are a master of data and have extensive experience using a data-centric approach combined with analytical thinking
  • You may have experience developing and launching successful retention campaigns
  • You have experience in the travel, leisure and/or property space
  • Preferably fluent in more than one European language including English
